1. Agreement to our Legal Terms and Outline of App Functionalities

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you”), and AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, concerning your access to and use of the services/functionalities of the mobile application AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB. You agree to, that by accessing the application and its services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the legal terms set out in this agreement.

AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB is a mobile application designed and developed to access certain features as free and few paid. By using the app and its features/services, you acknowledge the following:

• The application is meant to develop as your day-to-day tool in the sense of providing easy to access of your stored document to generate .pdf and future use of the generated .pdf of your construction cards, certificates, etc.. It is advisable to use to understand the app features and its use cases before uploading documents and generating .pdfs. So, the purpose of providing features could be solved and app utilized in a right way.

 

2. Use License

Welcome to AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB. This mobile application is provided to you by AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB Application.

Subject to your compliance with these terms of use, AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

copy, modify, or distribute AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB or any content therein outside of the sharing system provided in the App;

use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;

download, extract, or scrape any data from AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB or any content therein;

use any automated means to access or use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB or any content therein;

frame or otherwise display AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB or any content therein;

use any meta tags or other hidden text using AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB 's name or trademarks; or

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB or any content therein.

You agree to use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the application or interfere with any other users or third party's use and enjoyment of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB app if we believe that you have violated any provision of these terms of use or any applicable law or regulation.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms of use are reserved and retained by AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB.

3. Use of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB

AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB is a mobile application designed to provide users a storage option to save their identity cards of construction, certificates etc and to set reminder of expiry dates, generate .pdf and use the storage provided by platform:

In any way that violates any applicable regional, local, or international law or regulation.

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing).

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, or which, as determined by AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, may harm itself or users of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, or expose them to liability.

4. User Accounts, Security & Privacy Policy

Once you download to AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB application be it from play store or app store, you would be able to register the application using your name & email id to access the application features for free. You can register into the app using your Full name, Email and choice of your password. This profile you can edit whenever you want. Profile and issues relating to its security and your personal data will be governed by the following section.

Protecting your personal information, documents and privacy is important to us. We have implemented measures to help safeguard your information from unauthorized access and disclosure and hereby declare, we will NOT share or divulge any private information internally or to any third parties. We do however need to stress to you, that no databases, methods of electronic communication, data transfer connections are free of flaws, we do everything we can to ensure the safety and security of your data but cannot guarantee with no uncertainty the integrity. If, in the unlikely event a data breach does occur, Aussie Construction Hub will inform all of its user of such an event.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. In addition, you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. You also acknowledge that any information inputted or uploaded into the application is correct and up to date.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB if we believe that you have violated any provision of these terms of use or any applicable law or regulation, or if we believe that your account has been compromised.

AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB does not warrant that AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB does not make any representations or warranties regarding the use or results of AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the application or any features in it.

You also accept that AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB and AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, will not be held responsible for the quality of your experience in places the app lists.

AUSSIE CONSTRUCTION HUB, will carry no liability expressly mentioned or otherwise in the event of:

• Any personal loss of documents, images, or pdfs generated by you.
• Any perosnal loss of data due to suspension of account from Aussie Construction Hub.
